Summary Brief (Agreements/Contracts only)
1. Prepared by: Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT)
2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and FDOT
3. Purpose: Facilitate the removal of sidewalk that is beyond the existing PSL Blvd. South, right-of-way and for sloping, grading, tying in, harmonizing and reconnecting existing features with the proposed roadway improvements.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New
5. Duration: Until completion of the roadway widening project, but not later than July 31, 2029.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Providing FDOT access to City owned property located adjacent to the PSL Blvd. South right-of-way will allow FDOT and the FDOT contractor to regrade a portion of City right of way to the finish grade of the roadway widening project.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): There is no cost to the City associated with this License Agreement.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the resolution to authorize the City Manager, or his designee to execute the License Agreement.
