Background: Following the final draft presentation to City Council at the 2025 Summer Workshop, the Parks & Recreation Department has continued to work closely with its consultant Carlos Perez to complete the final version of the updated 10-Year Master Plan. Now complete, the updated Master Plan is now submitted for approval and adoption.
