Executive Summary (General Business): This preliminary and final subdivision plat is proposing to replat or subdivide two parcels into four parcels in the LTC Ranch Industrial Park PUD, of which one will serve for stormwater management purposes and the others for future development.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the resolution as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the resolution.
2. Move that the Council not adopt the resolution and provide direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the preliminary and final plat at their meeting of January 27, 2021. The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of the preliminary and final plat at their June 1, 2021 meeting.
