Background: On January 26, 2021, the City Council heard a presentation on Mobility fees by Jonathan B. Paul, principal of NUE Urban Concepts, LLC. The City of Port St. Lucie Mobility Plan and Fee was adopted on October 5, 2021. Late fall of 2021, the City and County entered into the Conflict Resolution process as outlined in Chapter 164, Florida Statutes, to address the Mobility Fee, the County's Road Impact Fee and Park Impact Fees.
