1. Prepared by: Oksana Savchenko, Procurement Analyst, OMB, Procurement Division
2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and Felix Civil Construction, LLC ("Primary Contractor") and City of Port St. Lucie and CK Contractors and Development, LLC ("Secondary Contractor").
3. Purpose: To obtain Primary and Secondary Contractors to perform utility work for both emergency and non-emergency work, on an as needed basis.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: The Contract period is for three (3) years with an option to renew for one additional two (2) year period.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The Primary and Secondary Contractors provides labor, materials, and resources necessary to complete emergency repairs and other non-emergency work to ensures continued water and wastewater service to the City's Utility Systems Department (USD) customers throughout the utility service area.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Estimated annual expenditure is $1,200,000. Future expenditure will be appropriated each budget year.
