Executive Summary (General Business): Established through City of Port St. Lucie Resolution 18-R95, the Infrastructure Surtax Citizens Oversight Committee (ISCOC) is required to submit an annual report to the City Council. The report is to affirm that proceeds received by the City from the Infrastructure Surtax were spent during the preceding fiscal year on projects listed in the Ten-Year Plan as recorded in Port St. Lucie Ordinance 18-50.

Presentation Information: ISCOC Chairman Kenneth Kroll will formally submit the Annual Report for City Council consideration. A brief video will follow and feature the infrastructure improvements achieved during the 2021-2022 fiscal cycle and offer a preview of projects scheduled for FY2022-23.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council accept the ISCOC Annual Report.

Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and accept the ISCOC Annual Report.
2. Move that the Council provide staff direction.

Background: This report is intended to affirm that the work accomplished by the City of Port St. Lucie has been done in conformance with the mandate set out in the 2018 ballot language and supporting resolutions and ordinances.
