2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and AshBritt, Inc. (Primary Contractor), Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. (Secondary Contractor), and Crowder-Gulf Joint Venture, Inc. (Tertiary Contractor).
3. Purpose: To obtain Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Contractors to provide emergency debris collection and removal services in the aftermath of a catastrophic event such as a hurricane, tornado, or fire.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: Three-year initial Contract term with the option to renew for an additional two (2)-year period.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: To provide emergency debris collection, debris removal, and related assistance resulting from a hurricane, tornado, fire, or other catastrophe, before, during, and after the disaster event.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Funds are not budgeted, and purchases will be made on an emergency basis and from designated reserves. Services shall be in full compliance with regulatory agency requirements and consistent with FEMA requirements for cost reimbursement for debris removal services.
