Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant is requesting an approval of a site plan amendment to add a 24,204 square foot Clubhouse. The Clubhouse is proposed to include a kitchen and bar, game room, gym, restrooms, and office space. The property is proposed to include a resort style pool, spa, cabana, deck seating, event lawn with stage, and additional golf cart and standard parking.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the site plan amendment as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the site plan.
2. Move that the Council not approve the site plan and provide direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the site plan amendment at their meeting of October 26, 2022.
