Background: The City desires to enter into an Agreement for Exchange of Property with Holiday Builders in order to acquire property that is needed for the Port St. Lucie Boulevard South Improvements. The City owns the following described real property (the "City Property") that will be conveyed to Holiday Builders, in accordance with the Agreement for Exchange of Property:
