Background: As a result of Hazard Mitigation Grant Program ("HMGP") Contract #H0431 funding from Hurricane Irma, the Utility Systems Department submitted an application to replace certain Low Pressure Grinder electrical panels that do not have a generator receptacle to the upgraded panel with a built-in generator receptacle. This ensures that the grinder tank will be pumped down faster, more efficiently, and in a much safer manner.
