2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and UKG Kronos Systems, LLC.
3. Purpose: The purpose of this is to utilize UKG as the City's primary solution for timekeeping and workforce management, ensuring accurate timekeeping, streamlined processes, and improved operational efficiency.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: The Contract shall be effective upon execution through July 13, 2029, with the option to renew for three (3) additional one-year periods through July 13, 2032.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The City has utilized Kronos/UKG for several years and recently migrated to the UKG Cloud platform. Established payroll processes are fully integrated with this system, and continuing its use will ensure seamless payroll operations without disruptions.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The estimated total expenditure under the entire Contract term is $240,000.00.
