3. Purpose: To integrate all programmable logic controllers systems within the USD fiber/ SCADA network.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: Modified.
5. Duration: Initial period began on February 11, 2025 and continues through February 10, 2028, with one (1) additional two-year renewal option.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: New hardware which will further improve communication between all treatment facilities, wells, lift stations, and pumping and repumping stations.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Estimated annual expenditure is $70,000. Future expenditures will be appropriated in each budget year.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council ratify the City Manager's execution, per City Code of Ordinances, Section 35.08(a)(10)(b) (piggyback exception to formal bidding), to participate in the City of West Palm Beach Contract #33913 for Hardware and Software Support Services for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Plant Automation System.
