2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. (JMT)
3. Purpose: The City Council previously authorized the construction of McCarty Ranch Water Quality Restoration Area #4 with Loren Jock Trucking, Inc. ("Contractor"). However, due to the delay in construction, the City requires additional construction, engineering and inspection ("CEI") services to continue to oversee and assist the City in administering the contract until it is completed.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: Modified.
5. Duration: The new end date will be November 6, 2022.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The CEI oversees construction and assists the City with administering the contract.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): An additional $98,460.00 for a new contract amount of $339,375.00.
