5. Duration: This Task Order shall be completed within one hundred fifty-one (151) calendar days from the day it is fully executed.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Efficient and operable facility and infrastructure.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): One-time expense of $7,403,857.00.

Background: On July 30, 2025, the City acquired the building located at 300 NW Peacock Blvd., with the intent of consolidating the land development functions from five departments into a single, centralized location. During due diligence, it was determined that the facility was not functional in its current condition and would require full renovation to meet operational needs. This project reflects the City's commitment to recommissioning and fully outfitting the building to provide a modern, efficient, and collaborative workspace for the land development team.
