Executive Summary (General Business): This site plan amendment is to reconfigure the previously approved restaurant footprint by reducing the anchor restaurant square footage and adding four smaller restaurant quads. The modifications result in an increase of 4,958 square feet of area designated as restaurant/dining.

 

Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the site plan amendment as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the site plan amendment.

2.                     Move that the Council deny the site plan amendment and provide staff direction.

 

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee reviewed the proposed site plan on August 9, 2023.
