Background: The City previously took title to the majority of property intended to be utilized for North-South "A" Roadway within the Verano DRI. However, in the process of reviewing title with the plat (North-South "A" Roadway Plat (P22-023)) associated with the Roadway it was determined that the safe site corner clips and a small 80' x 20' section of the property intended to be utilized as roadway according to the proposed plat had not been previously conveyed to the City. The Applicant and the City would like to include these missing segments as part of the plat.
