Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the site plan as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the site plan
2. Move that the Council not approve the site plan and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the site plan at their meeting of June 26, 2024.
