Executive Summary (General Business): A small-scale comprehensive plan amendment requested by Brian Fisher, representing Larry and Sandy Olson (owners) to change the future land use designation for 6.67 acres of property from Commercial General (CG) and Utility (U) to Service Commercial (CS) to construct a self-storage facility. The CG portion (northern) is 4.646 acres in size and the Utility (southern) is 2.024 acres. The project site contains a Wireless Communication Tower on the southern portion of the site, which is proposed to remain.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the small-scale future land use map amendment as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the amendment.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
