Executive Summary (General Business): The Southern Grove Master Plan recommended the abandonment of the Paar Drive right-of-way, from SW Anthony F. Sansone Sr Boulevard to Interstate 95, to accommodate the recommended land plan. A conveyance of the right-of-way from the City of Port St. Lucie (City) to the Port St. Lucie Governmental Finance Corporation (GFC) is proposed for this segment of Paar Drive.

Presentation Information: Staff will provide a brief presentation, if needed.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the Ordinance as presented.

Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the Ordinance.
2. Move that the Council provide staff further direction.

Background: The Southern Grove Master Plan recommended abandonment of the Paar Drive right-of-way, from SW Anthony F. Sansone Sr Boulevard to Interstate 95, to accommodate the recommended land plan for Legacy Park at Tradition, proposed for development by Sansone Group. The City's Comprehensive Plan was recently amended to reflect the removal of this portion of Paar Drive from the road network via Ordinance 21-46. The Southern Grove Development Order was also recently amended to remove this portion of Paar Drive from the DRI Master Plan to be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan via Resolution 21-R136.
