Background: On July 3, 2001, Karen M. Spera and Ignatius Spera (the “Previous Owners”) executed a Restrictive Covenant relative to Lots 6 and 7, Block 2375, Port St. Lucie Section Thirty-Four. The Restrictive Covenant encumbers Lots 6 and 7, so that the lots would be assessed as a single residential unit.
Issues/Analysis: M.J.T. Holdings, Inc., the current owner, now wishes to convey, devise, or develop Lot 6 independently of Lot 7. The total amount of administrative charges owed to the City has been paid in full. The Termination of Restrictive Covenant shall be recorded with the St. Lucie County Clerk.
Financial Information: The sum of $200.00 was owed to the City of Port St. Lucie for the applicable administrative fees. Payment in full was made on August 31, 2026, was processed, and approved by the City’s Finance Department.
