2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie, Asphalt Paving System, Inc. and all awarded Contractors.
3. Purpose: To rehabilitate failing roadways.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: The initial term began on June 21, 2022 through September 20, 2025, with the option to renew for two (2) additional 1-year periods ending September 20, 2027.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The ability to maintain safe roadways for the citizens and visitors of Port St Lucie.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Current identified project: SW Oriole Lane for $165,000.00. Future expenditures will be appropriated in the approved budgets for each fiscal year through September 20, 2027.
