Background: The original contract was bid in May 2018 and City Council approved the Contract on July 23, 2018. Since that time, the vendor has supplied Anti-Scalant A-102 Plus; however, due to recent market conditions and the economy with shortages in supplies, the vendor has requested a temporary price increase for 6 months.

Issues/Analysis: Staff has reviewed and approved of changes due to the need for these supplies to continue daily operations at the water treatment facilities.
