Executive Summary (General Business): The Treasure Coast Business Builders LLC (TCBB) are preparing for the 15th Annual Treasure Coast Business Summit, (TCBS), which is being held at the MIDFLORIDA Event Center on Thursday May 9, 2024. Requested is continued sponsorship assistance as has been authorized in previous years and is outlined below.
Presentation Information: N/A
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the sponsorship request.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that Council amend the recommendation and approve the sponsorship request.
2. Move that Council provide staff direction.
Background: TCBB is requesting City Council endorsement of the following items:
1. Use of the City logo on advertising materials,
2. Official City presence at the event,
3. Partnership with our Communications Department for promotional support of the event.
Issues/Analysis: The Communications Department has been advised of this request for assistance and will respond accordingly upon approval from City Council.
