Executive Summary (General Business): The LTC Ranch Residential project is a large-scale master planned residential community composed of approximately 1,804 acres and consisting of several neighborhoods. Total allowable dwelling units is 4,000 and will be a mix of single-family and multi-family units. No commercial uses are proposed within this PUD development. The master plan anticipates a major public roadway (Arterial 'A') bisecting the Project from north to south creating essentially an eastern and western side, each with neighborhoods and related development.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the ordinance.

1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the ordinance.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval pf the application on November 25, 2020. The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval on February 2, 2021.
