2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and Flock Group, Inc.
3. Purpose: Provides twenty-six (26) additional cameras to the current Contract. The quantity for Flock Safety LPR Products shall change from 23 to 49.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: Modified.
5. Duration: No additional time is needed. The contract end date is 11/31/2028.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: These cameras will provide the City with critical, indisputable video footage to investigate crimes, parking lot thefts, and vehicle crime to secure arrests.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The cost for the new additional cameras is $105,700.00 and the annual subscription rate is $84,000.00 for an additional $189,700.00 for a new contract total amount of $455,706.85.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council Move that Council Approve Amendment #2 to Contract #20230091 for the purchase of additional license plate recognition cameras.

2. Move that the Council not approve Amendment #2 to Contract #20230091 and provide staff with direction.
Background: Currently the agency has twenty-three 23 cameras. Adding an additional twenty-six (26), it will provide for a total of forty-nine (49) cameras. This will tremendously improve the number of vehicle tags reached.
