Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the ordinance as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.

 

Alternate Recommendation:

1.                     Move that the Council not adopt the ordinance and provide staff with direction.

 

Background: The Planning and Zoning Board at their November 3, 2020, meeting unanimously recommended approval of the rezoning request.
