Strategic Plan Link: The City's Goal of a diverse local economy and employment opportunities.

Executive Summary (General Business): The City has received an application from Culpepper & Terpening, Inc, acting as the agent for BDG Port St. Lucie, LLC, the property owner, for the 4th Amendment to the Gatlin Plaza PUD. A public hearing on the proposed PUD amendment was held by the Planning and Zoning Board on June 3, 2025. The project was recommended for approval subject to the condition that city staff and the applicant finalize a new traffic condition to address traffic monitoring.

The Public Works Department has prepared a new condition to be added under Exhibit 6. Section 4. D. of the Gatlin Plaza PUD that provides for traffic monitoring. The proposed condition is shown as Attachment "A", Proposed Public Works Traffic Monitoring Condition, of the submittal packet and identified below. The minutes from the June 3, 2025, Planning and Zoning Board Hearing are included in the submittal packet as Attachment "B".

Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the ordinance amending the Gatlin Plaza Planned Unit Development as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board and with the following condition added under Section 6. 4. D. of the Gatlin Plaza PUD prior to the second reading of the ordinance:
