7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The estimated cost of the Project is $766,439.00. The total Local Agency Program (LAP) Agreement is in the amount of $613,756.00. Anticipated City funds for the non-funded Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services and Testing Services is $152,683.00.

Background: The City was awarded funding from FDOT for the construction of a 6-foot wide sidewalk along North Macedo Boulevard between Selvitz Road and St. James Drive. This sidewalk is included in the City's Ten-Year Sidewalk Plan (FY2017-FY2027)
