Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Pursuant to Goal 5 of the City's strategic plan, this amendment allows for additional time on the agreement between St. Lucie County and the City of Port St. Lucie to complete improvements to address traffic congestion at the intersection of St. Lucie West Blvd. and Peacock Blvd.

Background: On May 2nd, 2023, City Council executed a Road Impact Fee Funding Agreement made with St. Lucie County. Due to delays in the design process, an amendment for additional time is required.
