Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant is requesting approval of a final subdivision plat with construction plans for a project known as Emery for a total of 131 Single-Family dwelling units.

 

Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the resolution as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the resolution.

2.                     Move that the Council not adopt the resolution and provide direction.

 

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the final plat with construction plans at their meeting of March 10, 2021.
