1. Prepared by: Robyn Holder, CPPB (PMD).
2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and ODRA, LLC.
3. Purpose: To replace a Street Sweeper that has exceeded its life expectancy.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: Upon execution through July 9, 2028, with three (3) additional one-year extensions.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: A new mechanical street sweeper to routinely clean the streets of Port St. Lucie.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The initial purchase of the street sweeper is $260,462.00. Future expenditures will be appropriated in future Council approved budgets.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve participating in the Sourcewell Cooperative Contract #032824, per Chapter 35.08(a)(10)(a), for Class 4-8 Chassis with Related Equipment with ODRA, LLC to purchase a new street sweeper.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve contracting with ODRA, LLC to purchase the new street sweeper and any future needs for the City as outlined in the cooperative contract.
2. Move that the Council not approve participating in the Sourcewell Cooperative Contract #032824 and provide staff with direction.
Background: This will be a replacement of unit #PWS-2930 as it has reached the end of its useful life. A new mechanical street sweeper is needed to routinely clean streets and gutters throughout the City to assist with drainage needs.
