Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council finalize the federal appropriations priorities.

1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and finalize the federal appropriations priorities.
2. Move that the Council provide direction.
Background: Last year’s appropriations requests were not funded, as all community projects funding nationwide were not funded. An updated priority list of planned appropriations needs to be submitted to the federal delegation.
