3. Purpose: To provide timely and technical labor to perform service work on APX portable and mobile radios.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: Three (3) years.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: To provide timely and local support to handle programming requests, technical issues with the radios, pick-up and delivery for any repairs needed.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The total amount for the three (3) year agreement is $233,336.00.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council award Sole Source Contract #20240023, per Chapter 35.08(a)(24)(a)(1), for a New Maintenance Agreement with Motorola Solutions, Inc. for the City's existing radio equipment inventory, contingent upon receiving no responses to the Sole Source posting.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and award Contract #20240023, contingent upon receiving no responses to the Sole Source posting.
2. Move that the Council not approve Contract #20240023 and provide staff with direction.
