Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant is requesting approval for the rezoning of a 3.05-acre parcel from GU (General Use) to CS (Service Commercial). The applicant is requesting a change in zoning to allow an enclosed assembly use.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the ordinance approving the CS rezoning as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council deny the rezoning ordinance.

 

Background: The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of the rezoning at their meeting of January 3, 2023.
