Executive Summary (General Business): The City received settlement proceeds related to litigation involving the City's former solid waste service provider. The purpose of this Special Meeting is to provide City Council with information regarding potential approaches for distributing the settlement proceeds and to obtain direction regarding eligibility, allocation methodology, and distribution mechanisms.
