Executive Summary (General Business): Request that City Council declare and designate City-Owned real property legally described as Lot 2, Block 242, of South Port St. Lucie Unit 17, a Subdivision According to the Plat thereof, Recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 23, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida (the "Property"), as surplus and authorize the disposal and conveyance of the Property to Ishrat Khurshid with Metro Realty ("Buyer").

Presentation Information: Staff will be present to answer any questions.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the surplus designation of the Property and authorize the conveyance of the Property to Ishrat Khurshid.

Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the surplus designation of the Property and authorize the conveyance of the Property to Ishrat Khurshid.
2. Move that the Council not approve the Property for surplus and retain in the City's inventory.

Background: The Buyer has contracted to purchase the lot adjacent to the Property and located at 1450 SE Larkwood Circle, both of which are within the Rivergreen Villas development along Veterans Memorial Parkway (across from Lyngate Park).
