Executive Summary (General Business): This application seeks approval of the Fourth Amendment to the Verano South Pod?G PUD to update commercial uses to match the General Commercial (CG) zoning district for the 8.03-acre parcel located at the northwest corner of Verano Parkway and Crosstown Parkway. The amendment revises the Site Information Chart, permitted and special exception uses, and development standards to be consistent with CG zoning district.

Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the proposed PUD amendment as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.

Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the PUD amendment.
2. Move that the Council deny the PUD amendment and provide staff direction.

Background: On August 4, 2026, the Planning and Zoning Board unanimously recommended approval.

The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the proposed PUD amendment on January 28, 2026.
