Summary Brief (Agreements/Contracts only)
1. Prepared by: Autumn Bryan, Procurement Contracting Officer I, PMD.
2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and Woolpert, Inc.
3. Purpose: To provide the Utility Systems Department (USD) with an as needed professional services agreement for the maintenance and support of its GIS and Cityworks asset management systems and programs.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: The GSA Contract Term is for an initial five (5)-year period ending December 9, 2029, with three (3) additional five (5)-year renewal options.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: This will benefit the USD by developing a first-generation Risk Framework for water distribution, wastewater collection, and conveyance asset classes. The resulting risk framework can then be applied to the USD's individual assets to identify high-risk assets, inform asset management plans, and aid in the identification and development of rehabilitation and replacement projects.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Initial term cost is $160,000.00 for FY26. Future expenditures will be appropriated in each fiscal year budget.
