3. Purpose: The audit is to evaluate the electrical systems at the Utility's 7 Booster/Re-pump stations necessary due to initial design shortfalls and/or aging of plant infrastructure and equipment leading to sporadic electrical and operational issues.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: Modified.
5. Duration: Adds an additional 150 calendar days for a new end date of June 12, 2022.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Adds an audit for evaluation of the electrical systems to the following booster stations: Southport Booster Pump Station, Northport Booster Pump Station, SW Water Booster Station, Glades Booster Station, Midport Re-pump Station, Southport Re-pump Station, Westport Re-pump Station, Rangeline Re-pump Station.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Amendment #1 adds an additional $102,296. The New Contract total is $323,504.
