Background: The City Council approved the Grant Agreement via Item 7c at its February 8, 2021 Regular City Council meeting which provided a Federal 319 Grant funding in the amount of $718,950. The State of Florida provided a legislative grant in the amount of $1,024,862 to bring the total amount of grant funding $1,743,812.

Issues/Analysis: The City recently received the attached Amendment 1 which provides an additional $1,024,862 in funding from the State. This Amendment updates and replaced the project timeline (Attachment 3 of the Grant).
