Background: The City has invested significant funds in its irrigation infrastructure over the course of time. This infrastructure is aging and requires considerable amounts of focus and labor for which the City currently does not have the in-house resources.

An E-Bid was issued on August 30, 2024, to 442 potential suppliers. There were 29 plan holders with 2 proposals submitted on October 4, 2024. Both proposals were deemed responsive.

Issues/Analysis: Nature's Keeper has shown previously that they can meet the City's expectations.
