Executive Summary (General Business): The Anglo American Land Company, LLC has applied for preliminary and final subdivision plat approval for the replat of a project known as Southern Grove Plat No. 36.  This is the first replat of the 5.99-acre site creating and additional lot for future development along with two shared ingress/egress easements for shared access onto SW Discovery Way and SW Tom Mackie Boulevard.

 

Presentation Information: Staff may provide a short presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve of the preliminary and final plat as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the plat.

2.                     Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.

 

Background: Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval at the July 27th SPRC meeting.
