Purpose: Amendment to existing Task Order to remove additional quantities of muck due to the increase in unsuitable soils encountered requiring additional backfill material.

Duration: The expiration date of the Task Order is December 9, 2026. Amendment #1 does not modify this date or add additional time.
Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Regrade maintenance access areas to achieve the specified design elevations, cross-slopes, and longitudinal grades, while maintaining positive drainage and stable access for maintenance equipment.
Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The initial cost was a one-time project cost of $1,298,155.50. This amendment will add $282,280.00 for a new total of $1,580,435.50.
