Strategic Plan Link: The City's Goal of a high-performing city government organization.

 

Executive Summary (General Business): The City of Port St. Lucie has submitted a major site plan for the proposed Public Works Department Administration building and a warehouse building. The site plan is for a 47,238 square foot, 3-story administration building.  The warehouse building is to be constructed in a later phase.

 

Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation if requested.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the major site plan application.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the major site plan application.

2.                     Move that the Council not approve the application and provide staff direction.

 

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the major site plan at the December 10, 2025, meeting.

 

Issues/Analysis: The site plan has been reviewed for compliance with the City’s Codes and meets those requirement.
