Location: Generally located east of U.S. Highway 1, west of SE Village Green Drive, and south of Walton Road.
Legal Description: Multiple platted lots and tracts within City Center 1st Replat (PB 60-16) and portions of Port St. Lucie Section 61, including Lots 1 through 37, roadway and drainage tracts, open space tracts, lift station tracts, and mater management parcels.
This is a request for the 3rd amendment to the City Center Master Sign Program.

Executive Summary: This amendment updates the City Center Master Sign Program to add standards for LED display boards and scoreboards for the proposed soccer stadium at Walton & One (City Center PUD). In November 2025, the City of Port St. Lucie and the Port St. Lucie Community Redevelopment Agency entered into a Development and Funding Agreement, Operating Agreement, and Non-Relocation Agreement for the construction and continued operations of a 6,000 seat sports stadium on approximately six (6) acres of City owned land within Walton & One.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board recommend approval of the amendment to the Master Sign Program.
Alternate Recommendations:
Move that the Board amend the recommendation and recommend approval of the amendment with modifications.
Move that the Board recommend denial of the amendment and provide direction to staff.
Background: The City Center Master Sign Program was adopted on April 11, 2011, through Ordinance 1135 and has been amended over time to support ongoing site development.
