3. Purpose: The Public Works Department is tasked with maintaining properties/tracts of City property including City Right of Ways.

5. Duration: The initial term began on October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2023 with two (2) 1-year renewal options.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: To mitigate invasive exotic vegetation throughout the City.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Estimated expenditures for Fiscal Year 2020/2021 is $150,000. Estimated expenditures for Fiscal Year 2021/2022 is $60,000. Estimated expenditures for Fiscal Year 2022/2023 is $28,440. Future expenditures will be as appropriated in each years' budget.
