Executive Summary (General Business): The KAB Greatest American Cleanup Grant award will provide funding to commemorate KPSLB’s Pop-Up Cleanup Initiative for America’s 250th anniversary for our volunteers.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council Approve the grant agreement and authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the grant agreement, and any future amendments to the same, on behalf of the City.

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the grant award.

 

Background: The KAB 2026 Greatest American Cleanup Grant supports affiliate-led efforts that bring people together to help make their communities shine for the nation’s 250th birthday.
