Executive Summary (General Business): Request for approval of a preliminary and final plat with landscape plans that is for a 2.75 acre area. The project proposes to replat ten (10) single family lots and four (4) common area tracts. The 10 lots are proposed to be expanded and/or realigned to allow for different single family home product types. The lot line adjustments affect 4 common area tracts. The proposed lot areas all meet the requirements of the PUD.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the resolution as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the resolution.
2. Move that the Council not adopt the resolution and provide direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the proposed preliminary and final plat with construction plans at their regular meeting of June 22, 2022.
