This is a request to change the zoning designation of 6.67 acres from Commercial General (CG) and General Use (GU) to Service Commercial (CS).

Executive Summary: Rezoning of a 6.67-acre parcel from General Commercial (CG) and General Use (GU) to Service Commercial (CS) for a property located at 3775 SE Jennings Road. The Commercial General portion is 4.646 acres in size and the Utility portion is 2.024 acres. This rezoning application runs concurrent with a future land use designation change from General Commercial to Service Commercial.
