Executive Summary (General Business): The FDOT Litter Control & Prevention Grant provides resources needed for Neighborhood Cleanups and Adopt A Street Volunteers, in addition to materials for education programs and outreach focusing on Litter Prevention.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the grant agreement and authorize the City Manager to execute the grant agreement, and any future amendments to the same, on behalf of the City.

1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and complete the motion in the affirmative.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff with direction.
Background: The FDOT Litter Control & Prevention Grant is a non-competitive grant that affords Florida Affiliates of Keep America Beautiful the opportunity to amplify their litter prevention programs and outreach throughout their communities.
